Strengthening Research and Innovation at Lviv Polytechnic National University through HELIOS

On 5 November 2025, Lviv Polytechnic National University hosted a hybrid-format workshop within the Horizon Europe project HELIOS. The event brought together researchers, educators, and industry representatives from Ukraine and several European partner institutions to advance the university’s research and innovation strategy in the field of white-emitting organic lighting systems.

The workshop gathered participants from Lviv Polytechnic National University, University of Glasgow, Kaunas University of Technology, Intelligentsia Consultants, and industrial partners including Renesas Electronics Corp. Ukraine and NVKP “Sparing-Vist.” Together, they discussed strengthening research excellence, building international cooperation, empowering early-career researchers, and improving dissemination and communication activities through the support of LPNU’s Project Office.

The event showcased how HELIOS fosters collaboration across borders, promotes innovation in sustainable lighting technologies, and supports the integration of Ukrainian science into the European Research Area.
